1. Function
The training is designed for Ministers and Deaconesses who are teaching in Divisional Schools. This refresher training is strategized between the three academic terms.

The major focuses of this training is to : Furnish the participants of the new initiatives of the Church Collect information from the field Assist new teachers with the school systems (administration). Assist teachers who came from circuits with teaching and learning processes Learn from teachers of other schools.
