Community
1. Divinity
a) The College daily programme founded its operation on to spiritual maturity, academic excellence, and hands skills.
b) The MLTC community begins a day with worship whether individually or communally. Boarding students are scheduled to the morning devotion in the main hall at 5.30 am before dispersion to duties.
c) A school day begins with devotion at 8.00am following the week plan structure
given below.

Lecturers conduct the service on Monday morning while the students take turns in the rest of the days.
d) The Community Worship shall be conducted in every last Thursday of every month.
e) Students are to attend the Wednesday evening service at the Baker Memorial Church.

3. Extra- Curricular Activities
a) The College shall continue to invite visiting speakers to give awareness to our students concerning social and other pressing issues.
b) Choir practice for the school is scheduled from 10.30am to 12.45pm Monday after the Holy Communion Worship.
c) The College also schedule time for Culture from 12.00 to 12.45 pm on Friday.
4. Sundays
a) The programme of Sunday Service is entirely decided by the Baker Memorial Church programme.

5. Inter Tertiary Fellowship
The MLTC students are encouraged to attend to monthly worship and other activities of Inter Tertiary Institution. This is a chance of creating mutual interaction and network with the students of other institution.
6. Tutorial Groups
The Tutorial groups help encourage spiritual growth and promote fellowship for the students and community. It also aid students to gain knowledge and skills that will help prepare them for ministry. Each tutorial group organization is committed to being a godly example of fellowship and love, to nurture and train members to be Christian examples in all that they do, and to follow the moral and ethical guidelines found in Scripture.
a) Thursday afternoon and evening is for tutorial sessions. Members are encouraged to share their problems, worries, weaknesses, questions, strength, hopes, faith, skills and God given gifts.
b) Lecturers of individual groups are also tasked to be the counsellors of the students in the group. This means that any act of indiscipline will be directed to the counsellor of the offender.
c) The counsellors will update the faculty with the progress of counselling during Faculty Meeting.
d) The Faculty meeting will also take further actions if the student concerned failed to show signs of improvement.
